Pokémon Bank
Pokémon Bank
Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will be compatible with Pokémon Bank starting from the day of release. Bring the Pokémon you've been raising with such care with you on your next great adventure!

Pokémon Bank is an application that allows you to connect your system in the Nintendo 3DS family to your own Internet-based Boxes and store your precious Pokémon there to be withdrawn later.

If your Pokémon are deposited in the Pokémon Bank, then even if you somehow lose your game, your deposited Pokémon can be transferred to a new game.

A certain number of the Pokémon appearing in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y differ from those that appear in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. But with all four games together, you’ll be able to catch all of the Pokémon needed to complete your National Pokédex! This excludes the Mythical Pokémon, which are not required for your Pokédex to be considered complete.

If you have Pokémon Bank, you can deposit your Pokémon in any of the games without Link Trading, so you can gather Pokémon from all the various games without needing more than one Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS system. You can also deposit or withdraw large numbers of Pokémon at a time, which is sure to make your collecting easier!
Earn Poké Miles with Pokémon Bank!
When you deposit Pokémon in Pokémon Bank, you can receive Poké Miles or Battle Points (BP) based on how long your Pokémon were deposited. Both of these two options are very valuable, and they can be exchanged for items that will help in your adventures in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. The more Pokémon you have deposited in Pokémon Bank, the more miles or points you can earn.
Bring in Pokémon from Classic Games!
When you use Pokémon Bank together with the Nintendo 3DS downloadable application Poké Transporter and previous games in the Pokémon series, you can bring Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, the games that form the basis of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, as well as from Pokémon Emerald.

If you show such Pokémon to the Game Director in the Cove Lily Motel in Lilycove City, you can receive a Time Travel Award to decorate your Secret Base in honor of your great bonds with your Pokémon.
Transferring Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Sapphire, or Pokémon Emerald
To bring Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Sapphire, or Pokémon Emerald to Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, bring your Pokémon first via the Pal Park in Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl, Pokémon Platinum, Pokémon HeartGold, or Pokémon SoulSilver. Then use Poké Transfer in Pokémon Black Version, Pokémon White Version, Pokémon Black Version 2, or Pokémon White Version 2. Finally, you’ll need to use Pokémon Bank to bring your Pokémon to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
